30 years of Swiss Scout Philatelic Society

The first statutes were approved at the Collectors' Meeting at the Scout's home in Zurich Oerlikon, near the exhibition.
17 persons registered on the list as founding members. On the occasion of the Collectors' Meeting, a special flag of a sender's postmark was used and two special envelopes were used.
