Autograph session with Marisa Zürcher - designer of the special stamps "National Camp 2022"

From 24 July 11 a.m. to 4 August 2022, 4 p.m., an International Scout Stamp Exhibition will be held again after 14 years on the occasion of the National Scout Camp of the Swiss Scout Movement in Obergoms. Interesting exhibits from Switzerland and abroad will be on display at the former airfield in Ulrichen (VS). At the same time, a multilingual special show on the past federal camps from 1925 to the present will be shown for the first time.

Marisa Zürcher v/o Foschlä signs philatelic covers

Marisa Zürcher lives and works in Zurich. She realises commissioned and freelance projects in the fields of illustration and graphics. Her focus is on playing with strong shapes and colours and on creating striking images. She prefers to design posters, develop corporate identities and picture spreads for magazines. The subjects of the stamp and the accompanying products show some of her favourite camp memories. She has been through various stages in the Scouts so far. She started as a Wölfli, later became a stage leader, then a member of the Schwyz cantonal leadership team, and is now still a beaver leader in her original section in the district around Pfäffikon SZ. In addition, as head of the design department, she has been working since 2019 to ensure that the national scout camp, and thus the scouts, have a contemporary visual image. marisazurcher.ch
