Estanislao Pan de Alfaro, new President of IFSCO

The meeting of IFSCO (International Federation of Scout and Guide Stamp Collecting Organizations) delegates took place on the occasion of the 12th EuroScout on Saturday, 5 May 2018 in Évora, (Portugal).

Als neuer IFSCO-Präsident, für die Jahre 2018-2020, wurde Estanislao Pan de Alfaro, als neuer Vice-Präsident Alessandro Pierotti gewählt. Neuer Sekretär ist Julian Rodriguez Fernandez.

Estanislao Pan de Alfaro was elected as the new IFSCO President for 2018-2020 and Alessandro Pierotti as the new Vice-President. New secretary is Julian Rodriguez Fernandez.
The Swiss Scout an Guide Philatelic Society (SPPhV) is part of the international community of interests IFSCO. Today, this international organization comprises 14 countries from Europe, North and South America and Asia. Every second year there is a meeting of collectors from all over the world. In 2020 EuroScout will be organised by Italian collectors' friends. It will take place from 15 to 17 May in Comacchio, Italy.
